I can't seem to get the SNEmulDS .6a to run Chrono Trigger. Can someone help me? I've tried changing the rom name to match the configuration settings... but I get to where Crono's mom wakes him up by saying Crono! 3X... but then it freezes.

Said it before, will say it again (and I haven't even played the game)
Why is there not an emulator designed solely for optimal playback of this game? It's so well loved, it's hard to believe the powers that be didn't think to just release it for the DS for a lower price (14.99) or re-vamp it and charge FFIII price (39.99)

it's almost impossible to see with normal BG modes. Change to BG mode 2. It corrupts the screen, but lets you see the sprites making it playable. You may have to uncheck automatic ordering. Make sure you change it back to normal after you do this.

I thought of it before too, people should make an emulator solely for one game so it works 100%, of course only when the game is very^popular but I think thousands of people would love to play Chrono Trigger on their DS.

Remove your Ez-Flash/whatever you have in Slot-2. Then report here.

I have no clue what else could be wrong

Yes... I got through the Magus Fight about two days ago and it was a bit hard to fight. You just have to tweak the layers around a little.

He owned me the first time.. I came back and kicked him right in the ass.

some of the best selling games on the switch are wii u ports (that are priced way too high

  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
$60 for a game that's a decade old might be unheard of on PC but actually is not uncommon on consoles

especially Nintendo because they only ever lower the price of games when they do a greatest hits/platinum hits/players choice re-release
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, and the HD collections released for 7th gen consoles too
  • The Real Jdbye @ The Real Jdbye:
but they don't seem to have done any of those for the switch yet and maybe never will
