Homebrew Cheats on citra

If you only want simple cheats and don't mind making them yourself (eg: money, experience, etc.), you can just use Cheat Engine, but Citra doesn't have a cheat function yet.
i would but i cant work with cheatengine (not enough knowledge)

that thing is my 3ds is broken. i am getting a N2DS XL in January....but i want to play Pokemon Ultramoon with NTR Plugin.....but can i use Pkhex and import my save in citra? (i am using citra via WiiU USBHelper)
