I’ve tried the cheats found in this thread but they crash the game and corrupt the save which makes me have to restart the game from the beginning. I hope someone has the time to make working cheats, thanks.

I finished the game in just one mission and finished saving directly so I didn't start from scratch

So I tried it in a couple instances.
It works for single player and the trails portion(some, did not try all).

Just a little heads up for anyone else; giving yourself more than 7 - 8 levels in single instance or small time frame will most likely lock the game up and it will crash. I've gotten to about 75 with no issue and doing increments of two levels.

I was at around 2500/3000 health without any items for health around 60 - 75. So fundamentally solves the health issue. If you need more hp than that.... Skill issue.
Jk jk shit will still one shot you in that game.

BTW this code is dope as hell, so I appreciate you big time.

When I was testing at my computer, was able to get level over 1,000 , and hp don't go more than 9999.
If you want more xp just change 5BB1A2BC
To 5CB1A2BC or 6BB1A2BC.

I appreciate the option to increase the value for sure, but I think with it; it might be to much being added at once it would be tough for the system to process.
