Few corrections.

• If you are referring to PS5 and Switch consoles, that's makes no sense. The consoles themselves don't have drifting issues. It's the controllers (specifically, Joy-cons and DualSense)
  
• Switch is gen 8
• There was a class action lawsuit on Xbox Elite Series 1 and 2 controllers on the joystick drifting, but was settle out of court last month. Note: there are other reports of Xbox controller drifting in the past couple of years as well

Right... My point is the drifting issue is not new, and not affecting controllers made by only one specific region.

I am honesty worried the Sonic 2 movie will look horrible because the study that did the new CGI of the first one no longer exists. In fact it disbanded like a month after Sonic 1 movie premier or even earlier.
