Gaming Cannot install .NET Framework 4

I'm trying to install .NET Framework 4, but the setup failed.
Here's the log:

I found the peoblem, Windows Update was installing updates in the background.
That prevented .NET Framework from installing, but now it works fine.

Any pc i run windows on i always disable automatic updates, not only are some trash but some cause issues as well.

Its always best to pick '' check updates but choose if i download and install''
