Homebrew Can we install menuhax without wifi?

Hi ,
is there anyway we can install menuhax without wifi because at the moment i
cant acces to anypoint anymore for the wifi and for that (i can view the routeur
but i cant log to them), i can no longer acces to emunand via the internet.
At the moment i am trying to fix my issue with the wifi (without success ).

its and old 3ds
i been trying to enter into a few router (one from my university wich worked before , one from my house , one from a mcdonald ) but when i will be home i will tell you what is security type

another note homebrew is not installed right now too since i am trying to figure the problem with wifi first

Well, McDonald's not working makes sense since hotspots require you to "sign in" in order to use them. Those types of networks can be dodgy, especially on unorthodox WiFi capable systems like the 3DS.

    The trick for me was to go into the settings and crank up the Wiimote sensitivity to the max and it gets twitchy but you can win that way lol
