I live in georgia, is there someone that can hardmod or install custom firmware on my new 2ds xl? please! I'll pay who ever helps me.

The tools have been programmed in such a way that makes bricks impossible.
This isn't like A9LH where you had to downgrade to 2.1 and fear closing the lid and such

ok be sure that you bought AceKart 2i (not AceKart or AceKart2)

because NTRBoot only works on 2i (if you have acekard) there are other flashcards that are compatible too. is all listed in the guide.

As other have said, if its the Acekard 2i is possible to use it on your 3ds since its 2.1, it it does not work then you need to borrow a DS lite and run the b9s flasher directly and then your good
