There is a homebrew that lets you stream Vita games to your PC over wifi called Vita2PC: http://wololo.net/2017/12/11/vita2pc-0-2-released-many-games-supported-better-pc-client/
But it's got pretty bad compatibility, and may have some kind of issues with things like audio stuttering and lag and crashes.
Your best bet is to just get a PSTV and a capture card, unfortunately.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid. -
