No. It's not a 3DS flashcart for playing 3DS games.... It's a flashcart that works in the 3DS to play DS games (or other older game with emulators; NES,SNES,GBA etc)

No, r4i gold cart is ds flashcart for playing ds games only. Currently, sky3ds+/sky3ds can do that
