Mario & Luigi RPG 3 should hopefully come out in English sometime this year, earliest is probably during the summer.

Yeah... It's been announced, but IIRC both the US title and release date are TBA.

No cheats do that,you have to wait for pokemon to come out later this month......

Mostly right, but partially wrong.
Some games have alternative languages stored right in the game itself.
You can use the cheats to switch between languages, even if there is no option to do so ingame by using the cheats.
It's possible, but unlikely that Pokemon has the language files already included...
and even less likely that no one has made a big announcement about it, if it does.
