I have a n3dsxl with a broken front camera.I am currently using menuhax and want to update to a9lh.My question is that can i get past the super stable 3d verification screen during the inital setup?

Unfortunately they would update it to the latest firmware.I am on 9.0

I'm pretty sure you can. Maybe make a second emunand and use tinyformat on that to test it out and see if you can.

And don't send it to Nintendo as it will return on the highest firmware.

I thought all you needed to do is enable the "Super Stable 3d™".

Yeah, you can just turn the slider on and it should work.

Turn it on and off, basically.

Basically, just slide up the slider as if it worked, and you should be good (if that doesn't make any sense I'll explain more in-depth as per your request).

The way it works is simple; you advance only if two conditions are met:
1.) 3d is enabled, and
2.) You confirm it works.
If those two conditions have in fact been met, you can continue on through initial setup.
