Homebrew Can I buy legit DLC for a CIA rom

I've got Super Smash Bros rom on my 3DS, I cannot for the life of me find any sites where I can get DLC CIA files (for any of my games)

Can I buy the DLC legit from the eshop and play it with a rom and work without it killing my game or system?

(No such thing as a "cia rom" once it's installed)

Sure, DLCs are physically separate from base titles (applications) and update packs, as they have different titleIDs

I have SSB with DLC and update installed in my 3DS using FBI. Did you look well for the CIA files? I can't share where I got them from, because it's against the GBAtemp rules, but if you look well you will definitely find them.

You should know that if you purchase DLC of any kind, including themes, any pirated DLC will be removed any time you access the eShop, and will require you to reinstall it every time. Just a protip.
