Hacking can anyone help me with my r4i SDHC

hi, i wonder if anyone can help me with my r4i SDHC silver 2013 for my 3ds v6.2.0-12E i just can't find the right firmware i just keep getting loading... any tips? and i also have a r4i-gold but i accidently updated it and i saw on the internet that its blocked or something... i have 2 ds lite but they say the same thing.
