I've looked it up and was told to format my console, so i did. but i still get the same error.

That was for Call of Duty, I managed to fix it though, now i'm having problems with mario kart not logging into wiimmfi (23913). Apparently my console creation has been denied. (Literally what it says). This has happened since i format. Please explain.

damn ok then. I thought the CoD errors wouldve been from installing riiconnect24 and changing the DNS
