So I completely put my PC together (in the case) and all that stuff, before realizing I didn't recieve the PSU in the mail yet! Is this OK, or do I have to restart from scratch to put the PSU in?

Same thing happened to me, and it worked!
I have a bottom-mounted PSU case, if it matters.Depending on your case and where your PSU is located in your case, you may be able to get the PSU in without moving anything, and then just connecting the power to all the components...
