Bug involving double posts

Say person X posts something and quotes me in it. 1 notification shows up in my top right corner of my browser. Then he/she posts quickly again, but w/o quoting me. Then those 2 posts merge because they were made within 1 minute of each other. But then, I get another notification, even though person X didn't quote me in the second, now-merged post!

I believe it's the way the post gets merged that causes this.

I only went in a situation where this happened once, and that was just before I posted this bug.

I made some changes to quoting posts.

The bug mentioned above should be fixed. It now only passes the new added part to the "send notifications" function, not the merge result.

Nested Quotes should also no longer give notifications. So quoting a post that already had quotes should only notify the one post that was directly quoted, and not all the others as well.
