Hardware Broken usb Port from my Sisters wii

My sister Tell my she have no idea why its damaged

I Think she run with the Cable Away but she dont unplugg it First


What do You Think how this can happen?

She Tell me (what? i Think its only One Port

And where can Repair it ? Ever i

A friend of mine also had a problem with his USB ports, he switched to SD loading and it seems to work pretty good.
The other way would be disassembling your Wii and soldering new USB ports.
The replacement seems to be pretty cheap.
