Are those stickers?
Or printed on the disc's?

I must say they look very bad, I saw better looking pirate psx games in Turkey.
as someone who used to do labels and copies its pretty Bad

Most people got their covers from cdcovers.cc at the time and they were either direct copies of original discs or decent looking customs

Oh and speaking of Turkey, at a market down the road from the hotel from where I was staying, They had a market on Mondays and this guy had a shitload of fake R4 DS carts and put lots of game genres on them.
They were shitly done cause he used a pen and wrote on the cartridge of what types of games was on there (Mario, Boys, Girls, etc) and he didnt even print labels.

Yes last time where I was in Turkey I also those fully loaded R4 cards, also they look bad.
And I saw pirate dvd movies.

But in 2000, when I go to Turkey.
You saw alot off shops selling pirate made PSX,PC and Dreamcast games, they came in a plastic cd sleeves.
With the front and back covers in the sleeve, and the cd's self looks very good.
All games where $2 a disc, so a pirate copy off FF9 costed $8.

They look the same like this one:

At that time I buyed allot off those games and sell them on school.
Great times.
