Okay, so I bought a visa debit card and put 90 dollars in it.
I go onto shoptemp and put the things I want in the cart. With the express shipping the total is 87.90.
I checked out and saw the shipping info and I clicked ship to this address.
When it came to the how I wanted to pay I saw Paypal ( bank card, credit card, etc). I thought you had to have an account so I chose the other one.
After seeing the other one lead me no where I went to paypal and figured out I don't have to log in but can use the card.
However I reviewed the order and continued but I go back to the same billing info page and it says it was declined. I know I activated on the website the gift card said so I don't know what's going on. My mom used her credit card as well and paypal still declined it. Could something be wrong with paypal?
