Hacking Basic backup question

Pretty basic question but I'm new to CFW so...

Before updating to 11.3, going to make a backup via hourglass9 (as people have advised). Do I choose a 'SysNAND' backup or 'EmuNAND' backup?

To be honest I just followed 3ds.guide website exactly as it said. I know in that guide we backed up the sysnand before going to 2.1, so I'm guessing sysNAND then?
