anyway you ask on pokemon project too? o.oa "http://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?18397-Advanced-Back-Sprite-Editing" sorry i not answer it XD
try using tools from :
http://projectpokemo...azo-s-B-W-Tools
Is easy tools but anyway for new on this, i just give a some info:
- ncgr and narn, these format/extension are compressed by normally on pokemon BW, so you must decompressed it, you can check on hex editor on first byte are 11 (or 0x11), for tools you can check
link. tinke or dscemp are same fuction for decompressing.
- you can used kiwi.ds for extract these file with extension, or you can using tinke or puyo puyo tools, actually is have plenty tools for that, since pokemon BW sprite are same as old generation (you can see on trainer elite four sprite on DPPt or HGSS, on BW sprite all are animated, not static... so video from kazo it will confused for newbie, in my mid is still same and helpfull for BW... without that video it will hard to explain more on BW... so is needed.
- don't trying replace trainer sprite with pokemon sprite, is not same size and also pokemon sprite is more bigger... don't use crystalltile for replacing them...
for reinserting to narc is same as reinsert file into zip/rar/7z, ...(is different format... so don't trying using same tools...)
i almost forgot, you can get these tools from filetrip...
