Sure, use JKSV.

It's likely the save is not in the exact same format as Wii U and will require manual conversion. You can compare new/blank save files from both consoles in a hex editor and see the differences. If there are a lot of differences, it may be hard to convert.
It probably isn't as easy as you think.
According to this pc tool for the Steam version, savegames are encrypted, so my best guess is it isn't possible, at least not via just extracting from the Switch and injecting into the WiiU. You can try it, but that's about it. If you don't even know how to extract the save game in the first place, you're gonna have a really hard time if there's actually any manual editing to be done.

There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

But the number of (accidental) poisonings dropped because drinking an entire package of ibuprofen pills went from "I need a new liver" to "I need a new box of Ibuprofen".

Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more. Yes you can buy more than one bottle but people simply don't.
