The codehandler has no affect on memory shifting. The shifting is caused by TCPGecko.elf especially when it declares variables. Bully's TCPGecko improvement now fixes the memory shifting.
So no need to re-download the codehandler unless it experiences a new update

Where can I find Bully's TCPGecko improvement?

K, thanks! I just replace the tcpgecko.elf and that's all have to do?
and re-download JGecko U if not already done. Would you mind letting me know if unknown value searches also don't work for you?

Yeah, I redownloaded JGecko U earlier today, thanks! Now to make some codes! A lot f things don't work for me XDDDDDD but I'll try. The memory viewer was an empty table for me, but I didn't have 64-bit java and it was the se not the jre so I'll try that as well. Have you had that problem as well and, if you did, how did you fix it?
EDIT:
No types of searches work for me :'(
