Autoplugin II v1.25 doesn't appear in Live Area

After downloading the vpk file from the Github page and running it through VitaShell (on ux0), it appears to successfully complete, However, there's nothing in the Live Area, Refreshing ithe Live Area with VitaShell doesn't work.

the app.db is the database for whatever is installed to the system. it indicates where it should be on the live area. it's in ur0/shell/db
