Hacking Homebrew Anyone use sysclk for online gaming?

I know its safe to use sysclk without getting banned on my cfw sysnand atmosphere switch.
but I only used sysclk on my offline games like breath of the wild.
but how about online games like Tetris99, mariokart, MonsterHunterRise or even Youtube.
can I still use sysclk to overclock or underclock those games even I'm playing them online without getting banned?

You will need cfw to use sysclk. Being so, if you go online with cfw, BAN.

I was and never get banned (yet).
Im running atmosphere and sysclk on my clean sysnand.
I can connect to eshop, play online games. but I never use sysclk before when playing online games. I only use sysclk on my offline games.

cfw doesn't mean that you can't be online, for exemple a lot of smash player are modding their game (graphic mods) and playing online.

But I honestly don't know about the thing OP is using, hope you find the answer @almmiron

I've used sysclk and played online without a ban. You're not doing anything to make the game unfair so Nintendo tend to not care so much.... for now. There's no guarantee that you wouldn't get banned but I haven't been banned so far.

Well, cfw and nintendo online just don't supposed to be combined.. If not banned yet, just wait. The ban will come.

Plenty of people use CFW and go online, as long as you aren't doing anything ban worthy you're safe. CFW doesn't cause bans on it's own

can you tell me what specific online game did you used sysclk? because Im planning to underclock tetris99 and mariokart when playing online. and overclock when playing MonsterHunterRise online.

I used it to play (since day one) to POKéMON Unite and I am still unbanned. I got from level 1 to Masters with SysCLK enabled. Even if I didn't get banned, it doesn't mean you (or me) will not get banned in a future. Take care, but I don't think you'll get banned for this anytime soon.

Ive been banned for taking update on sys so this isnt 100% correct. CFW = ban instantly or later on for sure. Good luck you have been warned people.

Like a seat belt: You have to use, even if you never suffered an accident.

Cfw can cause ban, just as is.

Vanilla atmos + simple update on sysnand I had 1 banned before. Was around 8-9.x hos versions or something like that. So with that said be very careful.

whats your sysclk configuration did you use for pokemon unite? did you max the cpu gpu while playing online??

• Set the framerate to high (or 60FPS, I don't remember how is it called) in the Pokemon UNITE settings.
• Set the sysclk setting to the max while playing docked.

I don't remember any specifics, but that's all I did.

I made the mistake of leaving my Wi-Fi on while in SX OS, and that alone flagged me for a ban, and the ban didn't happen for several months later, during the last few hours of the final splatfest (Finalfest, 2019)
