Any good converters that can go from wmv to amv?

I tried one i found using google, but when i try to convert, i only get like a 30 sec video when the original was ~8 minutes. Any notable converters I can use to do this?

u do realize amv stands for anime music video, and it isn't an actual video file type?

but on topic, i use total video converter for converting videos, and it does a swell job.
