My Wii is white and System Menu is 4.0E PAL and it's Soft-Modded about... 1 or 1,5 years ago (i cant really remember but i do remember that i Soft-Modded my wii after i updated my Wii to system menu 4.0E)
I hawe HBC v1.0.6 (i used HackMii installer v6 and BannerBomb to install HBC v1.0.6 and DVDX)

I would like to know why some of my BURNED games give me this massage:
"An error has occurred.
Press Eject button, remove the
Game Disc, and turn the power off.
Please read the Wii operations manual
for more information.
"
For example: "Super Mario GALAXY" loads normally but "Mario Kart Wii" show's me that massage (they are all BURNED Games)

Here's the LOG file i made using sysCheck application, maybe that will help somehow:

I'd say you have/had cioscorp and then you overwrote your IOS36 with Trucha Bug Restorer, DOP-Mii or similar.

Use the 002 fix if you're using a loader.

This can only do 2 things:
fix 002 error, you know when you are getting 002 error, there's nothing to misinterpret
get you to a total freeze before booting the game, 002b error, happens when using the crappy main.dol 002 patch

revision 17 of cIOS 249.

and a stub is essentially a block placed on an unused IOS by nintendo to keep people from installing custom IOS in that spot. when you upgrade to a later system menu it stubs IOS 249 and some others, and you have to remove the stubs before you can install the cIOS.

Hm, sounded like the 002 error to me. I had the same message a while back and that fixed it for me : /
