well cbhc just boots to a patched cfw you dont need to run webexploit or boot mocha anymore you power on youre console and youre ready to go
you also could stay on youre webexploit and mocha cbhc is just way more comfortable

and haxchi is way more stable than the browser exploits

I won't touch FTPiiu everywhere since I could brick (and I don't know what can I do with that homebrew btw)
You don't have to, you can install anything you want (and I mean anything) with SigPatches, just be sure to run it first via browserhax before booting any of your haxxor stuff. Google Simple Signature Patcher Wii U, it's better than Mocha and easier (If you only want SigPatches that is)

I already have Sigpatch2Sysmenu and Sigpatch2HBL but I don't know what I have to boot and I haven't used them (but I am happy with mocha CFW atm)

OK, you just have to boot Homebrew Launcher > SigPatch > Your SigPatched game

But did you buy the card? Since Haxchi/CBHC is really worth it, you should (unless you're not lazy like me and don't care about booting browserhax first:ha:)

Lol you're not alone , im still using the USB Method with Internet Browser exploit :v

I dont use my Wii U that much as my 3ds , besides im not sure what can be installed on sysnand + sigpatches and what not (not doing redNAND because i dont have a 64gb card) and i neither have a NDS VC game

So... I believe that I'm the only one who has a Wii U and hasn't installed Coldboothaxchi, CFW or redNAND.

I haven't installed haxchi because there aren't any stores that sell eShop cards where I live (and I don't have a credit card)

And I haven't installed CFW/redNAND because my Wii U is a 32Gb one and I haven't got any +64Gb SD Card

So... Does anyone only uses the browser exploit like me?
Well, First off, you don't exactly NEED a 64 gig sd. I have a 16 and are using the 32gb on, and it still works. As long as you didn't fill the wii u to the brim, you'll be just fine. INSTALL. CFW. BEFORE. ITS. TOO. LATE.

I ''installed'' Mocha CFW (I say ''installed'' because I start mocha with the browser exploit).
Is that enough?

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
