Hacking Activating a 3.60 PSTV with a 3.61 vita?

I've just purchased a vita tv and am running henkaku on it. I need to activated to play all my psn games.

I also have a ps vita which is currently on old firmware. I don't intend to run henkaku on it.

My question is - will I be able to activate my pstv with my ps vita? How?

I know you can do it with a ps3 but I don't have one available to me

PS3 is the only way, you can't activate it using another Vita.
