Hacking Action Replay on wii Develpopment?

Well, someone awhile ago tried to make it so that the action replay for gamecube could work on the wii but i havent heard anything in like 2 months. Has anyone figured out how to do this?

It is possible using a GCOS Multigame boot disc
!!!
you burn the GCOS disk
Then you burn AR
you plop in GCOS
select boot DVD
put in AR
press a and voilla

Does this require a modchip?

Use WUFE from wiibrew.org on the wiisports disk that comes with the wii to get RVL-mios-v4.wad then install it through wad manager and you can play gamecube action replay again.

I didnt get that file. I got BOOT2-64-v2.wad and IOS9-64-v516.wad and thats it.

i found a torrent that has a file called RVL-mios-v4.wad.out.wad thats 183.75 kb. is that correct?

Are you using an NTSC-U Wii?

I'm using an NTSC-U wii and it worked for me. Not sure about other regions. Do all regions use the same mios or are there different mios for different regions?
