I've tried Android on my old eee 701, and it worked well. But it didn't like my wireless card so I had no wifi connectivity, made it fairly useless :-(

EDIT: I would assume using a boot loader like GRUB would alow you to dual boot Android with Win7, but i haven't tried it myself.

It depends on if you're hardware is supported by Android (I think...) Anyways, if you create a partition (if I remember right) when you attempt to install Android it should ask you to choose a partition and if you'd like to dual boot (or it might even assume, dunno).

I haven't tried Android for PC since it was first announced so again I'm not 100% sure if any of this is true.
