Those codes are probably for N3DS. The offsets are different, that's probably why it crashes.

When I clicked it, the cheat code selected at the checkpoint in advance was included


I thought, "Maybe I can put the cheat code that was not distributed at the checkpoint in the txt memo and overwrite it?"
With the idea that "if it crashes, it can't be helped"
Put the cheat code distributed in the link below into a txt memo,
With the command Ⅼ button + ↓ button + select button
When I opened the cheat list, there was a code called "Item Hack"
When I selected "Item Hack" and raced, I was able to operate the introduced cheat code in the game.
