A320 or A330?

I don't like the steeper price on the 330, but are there any programs that use the full capability of the 64MB RAM. And yes, I read the reviews.

So, should I just pay the $80 for the Dingoo or $110 for the 330? (then again, the 330 is out of stock for a long while)
