Its not, its a proof of concept, not a full jailbreak.

Nothing bad will happen to your console.

This needs to be escalated to kernel for it to be useful.

All it does is prove you can run userland code via wekbit exploit.

Nothing more, nothing less.

Keep trying. Its not a one shot thing sometimes.

Try clear cookies/web data etc and be persistant.

The page loads for me and it gives me buttons for dumping the files, but clicking on them don't do anything other than crashing.

Try shut down ps4, restart, and try again.. but TBH it really doesnt achieve anything using it anyway.

Just wait for it to become more stable and try again in future.

Is this just to test an entry point, or does it "install" an entry point?

If it does install, does it stay installed even if I update to 5.05? is it good to install it now just to be prepare or
it doesn't matter since there is not kernel exploit out?

Can ps4 at 4.55 fw full hacked play games that requires higher fw than 4.55?

This isn't something you'd be able to set and forget. Just like 4.55 (unless something radical happens and we get 5.XX CFW) you have to do it every time you start your PS4. Also, there's no guarantee the next increase in exploitable firmware will include 5.05. It could stop at 5.00 or 5.01. Your safest bet is staying on as low of a firmware as you can. And I've read about people hexediting files in games to make them compatible for lower firmwares but I don't know if that's actually a thing and the limits to it if it is.

can I still connect to the internet and play games from a share acc that is already updated to latest fw?

You should have no problems going online if all you did was disable updates. If you blocked the IPs that'd be a different story (though you may still be able to even then).

I am sorry for my confusing question, I meant that if ps4 will be asking me to update.

I think I got my answer because if I want to use his games from psn I will have to update to 5.05 anyways in order to
connect to psn.

If you're already at the latest firmware then there's no problem, unless you were asking if using another person's account from a separate PS4 would enable you to play at a lower firmware, in which case the answer is no.
