ROM Hack .3ds to .cia and .cia to "extractable" romfs.bin

Hi guys,

with the new version of 3dsconv tool released few hours ago (thanks to the new boot9.bin) i can convert, from PC without using a 3ds console, a .3ds to .cia but when I extract the romfs.bin from it I cannot extract data from romfs.bin (files and folders) because, i suppose, it comes from an encrypted .cia; so the question is:

what is the correct procedure/tools to convert an encrypted .cia to a decrypted .cia (to extract romfs.bin and its content) WITHOUT using a 3ds console ? Is there any tool yet capable of this ?

Well I managed to extract all the game content directly from pc using the new 3dstool params:
--exefs exefs.bin --romfs romfs.bin --exh-auto-key --exefs-auto-key --romfs-auto-key
but I am still not able to produce a citra-working .cia/.cxi from a 3ds file; if someone can help me with 3dstool parameters, well... thank you :)

    At one point PC game pads where poorly supported, loading a game had setup, it was complicated. Now it's almost as easy as a console.
