Sure, it is the same game.
Only with lower resolution, blurrier textures and choppier framerates.
But it is still the same game.

I fancied trying it out a while back but found out you needed a new Nintendo 3DS to actually play the bloody game. I have a 2DS.

Yôkai Watch 3, the western release, should be added. A nice fusion of all three jap.versions. (though I didn't check if it contained the jap.updates too)
