why shouldn't he fool anyone? has he got a reputation?.

and couldn't he show the text on the topscreen, so you can simply see it is 3ds mode and not NDS?

according to the translation ont he youtube page, it says it is an exploit on firmware 4.3.0 in the mii creator

That is not the same as what this video claims to show, and this video gives no actual proof. Pretty sure it's fake.

For anyone who doesn't speak Spanish, as far as I can tell, the basic message of the reply is "I can't afford a video camera"; I find it hard to believe that someone who can afford a 3DS can't afford at the very least a cheap USB webcam to record a quick video with (yeah, the quality would be pathetic, but it couldn't make the video any less convincing...)

EDIT: In fact, from the reflection in the screen, it looks like the device he took the images with is rather large, like a tablet of some sort. Fairly sure every tablet with a camera can record video.

Yeah I replied back him saying that even the 3DS can record now. Let see what happen.

If there will be a video, or even a slideshow picturing a 3DS with a bottom screen without the photo manager and the top screen with "hello world", while the 3D icon is green, then, I can give the guy who created it some attention

  Déjame darle el beneficio de la duda... claramente este hello world puede haber sido abierto desde flashcard, lo peor de todo es, en el caso de ds normal, que no tiene sd, por lo tanto encuentra cualquier fallo que quieras en el software que sin flashcard no harás nada...   Bueno lo primero me molesta mucho llevar mas de 2 meses trabajando y oir eso pero de todas formas yo admito en nds y ndsl use flashcard ( y se que no es ningun merito ) en ndsi use un xploit y de echo ya e conseguido usar en modo ds y en modo nativo de n3ds un hello world que mostrare en el siguiente video si consigo camara de video o fotos y lo subo.
