Hardware 3DS freezing ,black screen ,and wifi issue

My 3ds has been giving me issues and i have come to the conclusion it is something wifi card related. I have pretty much followed 6 different guides pertaining to wifi card issues ,but have exhausted my options and looking for any other suggestions that may help with resolving this .

troubleshooting thus far:

1.My system began freeze every time i started it , it would go black and then shut off .

2.i opened the 3ds and re-seated the wifi card.i was able to get to the menu screen, but every time ,no matter what i would do , i would have about 2 minutes before i get an error message to hold power and restart the 3DS, weather or not the wifi was on i would have to reset in 2 minutes . i tried a system update by holding R+L+A+U and the system would halt at a black screen, never reaching the update screen.

3.purchased new wifi card and installed it ,tried system update R+L+A+U ,and i can NOW get to this screen , system cannot find internet after waiting 30 min

4.with new wifi card installed, i have tried to get to systems settings menu to manually set internet ,attempted to enter the settings menu screen with wifi turned on, system will throw error to restart.

5.turned wifi off and CAN get into system settings menu and also system will operate as long as wifi is turned off ,if for any reason on any menu screen and turn-on wifi the system will throw an error and want me to restart .

Anyone have any suggestions to what to try next ?

Clean the wifi module port and contacts with a toothbrush and isopropyl rubbing alcohol. Quickly dry the boards with hairdryer set to low heat and low fan speed.

If that doesn't fix the issue, install custom firmware with the ntrboot method (see my signature for flashcart options), backup the SysNAND *.bin image for safety, and repair the 3DS firmware with either CTRTransfer or CTRTransfer (Type D9).

Edit - The problem might also be due to the wifi antenna.

so cleaned contacts (58% alcohol) ,didnt work ,got a r4 3ds gold updated to firmware to 11.5 ,no longer black screens just never updating and stays on the screen( yea pain in the but when you have no internet and stuck on ofw 2.2u) recleaned contacts with 91% alcohol and it finally worked !!

i would mark this off as solved but i dont know how..but thank you so much!! ..so $10 for broken 3ds,$20 for r4 gold, 8 for wifi card so best less than $40 3ds investment !
