Are there any 3DS emulators for web?
If not, is it possible to make one?
What is so different about 3ds games from ds games besides better graphics?
would that make it easier to make a 3ds emulator for web?

why? is a 3ds emulator impossible to make for web?
Browsers do not support rendering webpages in x86 assembly or other high-level programming languages (except for PHP and SQL).

I guess Javascript is Turing Complete → It is possible. After all you can run complete (old) operating systems within a browser.

Considering the overhead running interpreted code within a browser and the overhead of an emulator it is more or less a theoretical construct for more powerful consoles → Better run your emulator directly on the PC.
For weak – very old – consoles it doesn't matter (anymore)

true, and can't you run things even faster using Web Assembly? And really, if rendering 3D objects is thought to be an issue, there are great ways to do that online, and in Javascript. Maybe the reason nobody made a 3DS emulator for web is because it would take too much work?

There are versions of RetroArch that work on WebAssembly (see here), but it doesn't appear that the Citra core is available for it yet.
There is DesMuMe for the original DS though.

It would also probably be too slow.

Does that mean you know of something even vaguely comparable that runs well in a web browser?
