ROM Hack 3DNUS not completing firmware download

So I downloaded 3DNUS to download the .CIA files for 9.2.0-20E, and every time I attempt the download it gets stuck at this point.

I've also tried to download other 9x firmware versions below 9.5, and it still gets stuck at the same point.
I've read that Nintendo have taken down all firmware versions apart from the latest one from their servers, so is there an alternative way to download the firmware files?
I don't have a flashcard so I'm using only my SD card.

Yes, but what I am wondering is is there is an alternative way to get the .cia files? (such as if anyone has those files saved or backed up)

Thanks, I'll have a look, my worry is downloading cia files that aren't legit, don't really want to brick my 3DS
