no I didn't use the -configsave option. I'll try it now.

btw your extraction tool gives some weird errors. I tried with sysdata folders from 2 different dumps (from the same console)

in one (older) I got
Code:
error in file sysdata\00010034\00000000
error in root

and in the other one
Code:
error in file sysdata\00010034\00000000
error in file sysdata\00010038\00000000
error in file sysdata\00010038\00000000
error in file sysdata\00010038\00000000
error in file sysdata\00010038\00000000
Disa.TableSize is 2

strange but the files where generated ( esp. sysdata\0001001700000000 <can change on non US 3DS (you many need to change the path in 3dmoo)>\config)?

I meant the error in 3dmoo there must be something like unable to open file...

Yeah many files files were generated, but there are some empty folders. Presumably form the errors described in the messages.

Also it's a USA 3DS.

EDIT: yeah, that config file was generated successfully.
It contains my WIFI connections settings in plaintext, LOL

I know.
Than it worked the errors are most likely because of the encrypted eshop save (it contains banking data (so no way I am gonna post how they get decrypted)). That was the fist step can you try to run a com game with the config extract and the NAND dump enabled?

oh sorry the next step is to generate the savecheck folder (must be in the same folder as 3dmoo) they are just decrypted archives (path like this savecheck\000400db00010302\00000000000000000000) <-- important here is to only use the data after the first 0x1000 Byte from the romfs.

Now you can run 3dmoo like this

"decrpted.app" -configsave -sdwrite -sysdata realNAND/sysdata -sdmc sdmc
