Homebrew [WIP] rehid:- Button remapping for 3ds

this is helping me so much since the A button is getting old sometimes it's not noticing when I press or when I hold it. Also too many games gave no use at all to start and select, so I often swap LR with them, so I can put A to L (kind of some pokémon games made it possible in the option) to...

ROM Hack [RELEASE] Fantasy Life Save Viewer/Editor

yeah I have checkpoint, but checkpoint doesn't give me any entry (even in extdata) for that game. I'll check with JKSM and I'll tell if it worked. EDIT: JKSM did find FL after a reload, and since, FL also appears in checkpoint now. EDIT: the files I get from this, like fl_ext0.fsd, say...

ROM Hack [RELEASE] Fantasy Life Save Viewer/Editor

my folder has only these files I think I understood that FLsavetool is for when you have FL as a cartridge game (which isn't my case), I tried anyway and the program just waits a couple seconds if I ask to dump or restore, then goes back to its menu. According to my file browser on my pc...

ROM Hack [request ] disney magicarl world 2 enchanted edition cheat

I'm on the 3ds version and +1. But especially for the "nice", I just counted in the mystery shop and I need another 45 200 "nice" to buy them all, and I bet there's more to unlock. So I really hope that the save files have little differences between the two consoles...

Misc 3dsxl' 3d goes on and off

What's very strange is that I don't see anyone on internet mention this. It should be a normal problem with old consoles, by now it should have happened to thousands of people. 1665340473 Thank you! I forgot it could do that!

Misc 3dsxl' 3d goes on and off

Any idea how to do that? Reminder: the 3d switch is off. I never want to play on 3d now that I've had the console for a decade.

Misc 3dsxl' 3d goes on and off

Yeah. If I play normally, in 1 minute of gameplay, the console will turn the 3d on a good 50 times and change its depth all the time. For some reason (but it's maybe a coincidence), the console does it less often (but still) depending on the screen's position.

Misc 3dsxl' 3d goes on and off

    1) the hinges made a lot of noise since day 1 but honestly I can live with that. But maybe it's related to 2 2) since homebrew, my 3ds turns 3d on and changes the 3d's depth all the time even though the switch is set to "off". Maybe it would be related to the screen's position because it might...

Misc 3dsxl' 3d goes on and off

I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Since I homebrew my console, the 3d goes crazy even though the 3d button stays on off position... strangely enough it could be related to the angle of the top screen, because if I push it all the way "open" (so a little more than 180°) it would more...

    Homebrew Boot.dol not found!

Hi, I have the same problem, except the right files are in my folder, in my sd card (still don't have a hard drive). The apps have run correctly once, but now they say they don't find boot.dol.

I'll just give up with mk8 and unlock things myself because it isn't going anywhere Meanwhile, I also heard about Linux on wii-u, but I've never touched even a pc on linux... what would it allow exactly? Could I use that to use a modern web browser?

I have a modded wii-u, now how do I enjoy it?

Well, I could use your app to change the save file, the wii-u told me the additional data were installed afterwards, but I'm stuck on the title (this time I am sound on, and I hear karts passing by). The home button doesn't work, I can only go to my wii-u's bigger part and turn it off. The theme...

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
