Hacking Modify partition size without wiping data?

When you try to partition through hekates partition manager, it warns you that the SD card cannot be backed up and that any other partition will also be wiped.

Hacking Modify partition size without wiping data?

Is it possible to modify the partition size of say, an android installation, without having to wipe/repartition the SD card entirely?

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

Actually, that guide is where I was unable to access the Luma Chainloader, thus making it impossible to update b9s. Unfourtunately I will not get to test your solution of renaming the B9S installer boot.firm as I had went ahead and followed 3ds guide's seedminer exploit from scratch. Using...

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

Sadly I cannot update b9s without being able to access the luma chainloader, so I must repeat the hacking process through seedminer.

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

That makes the most sense, but Luma v7.1 removed support for .bin (a9lh) payloads. Plus, .firm files were present on the SD card from the first time it was hacked, meaning it must have been hacked after a9lh was depracated.

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

I may follow the seedminer exploit in order to access the boot9strap installer and update through there. It seems redundant to go through the process of "hacking" just to update some files but I can't see any other way out of it.

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

Yes, it opens luma settings and shows v7.1 even with no SD card inserted.

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

The SD card was working before the format, but for safety, I formatted the SD card, and tried two other SD cards to no avail. The system OS is aware of the SD cards, as it created Extra data for each one without any errrors. auto It's as though Luma itself isn't recognising some files. To also...

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

Yes, it boots into Luma v7.1 without the SD card. Abnormally, it also makes it to the system menu without the SD card, even though the version is 11.15.0-47, which should be broken on older luma versions if I'm not mistaken

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

According to release v7.1 boot9strap support was added and .bin payloads were replaced with .firm payloads https://github.com/LumaTeam/Luma3DS/releases/tag/v7.1

Hacking Formatted CFW 2ds - Now stuck on Luma v7.1

I just formatted a Luma CFW Old2ds. Now, the system always boots into Luma v7.1 regardless of what version I put on the SD card. I have also put payloads such as Godmode9 to resolve the issue, but the Luma chainloader does not load. It's as though the files on the SD card aren't being...

Homebrew Attempting to hack 3DS using DSIware transfer method, stuck on a white screen

I start the game and the menu doesn't show up. Strangely enough, when I use an older version of b9stool the menu shows up but as soon as I upgraded to the newer one (as the old one wouldn't work on my firmware) it gets stuck on a white screen and nothing happens. When I was testing if it worked...

Hardware Transfer Data from CFW New 3ds to CFW o2DS

Oh no, it still turns on and the screen functions it's just there's a large amount of dead pixels on the top half of the screen making most games unplayable (or really ugly), I can still use it though.

Alright thanks, is it possible to dump all of my saves at once or will I have to do it individually.

Hardware Transfer Data from CFW New 3ds to CFW o2DS

My CFW New 3ds broke so I'm wondering if I get an adapter for my microsd and insert it into my CFW o2ds will all of my installed games work? Aside from n3ds exclusive games of course.

Hardware New 3ds cracked screen, many dead pixels.

I think that buying a screen to repair myself would work as a last resort, seeing as I can find barely any documentation on the screen and I'm not good with hardware, but I find it interesting how the black pixels retract and expand, is there a way to get rid of them without necessarily...

Hardware New 3ds cracked screen, many dead pixels.

The New 3ds screen is a bit larger than the o3ds screen, so unfortunately that's not possible.

Hardware New 3ds cracked screen, many dead pixels.

Two things: I checked for replacement sceens online and could only find O3ds or 3ds XL, secondly I'd probably fuck my console up as I hear it's the hardest piece to do yourself on O3ds.

Hardware New 3ds cracked screen, many dead pixels.

So, I messed up. I got a crack on my screen, at first there were a few dead pixels and it was pretty small, but it was annoying nonetheless. Slowly but surely, the dead pixels disappeared... until the crack expanded further and further and now there are dead pixels all over the top of the...
