    I think I should clarify because this was misunderstood (sorry about that!): The point is not "we should be allowed to leak the sdks because everyone has access to it", the point is "why did Ninty bother to add to the nda to not allow distribution if anyone can get it anyway?"

    I know. What do you exactly mean? The NDA is there to stop people from sharing it. But the SDK is available to anyone who signs up, unlike a store in which you need to buy the goods in order to give it to people. I don't see the connection between those two, could you clarify more please?

    I don't know, I personally don't mind the ads as long as they're not pop-ups that comes out on a link in the site itself. I really want to suppress any chance of this site going down, so if it needs to be done, I think it's ok. Don't know about other people though.

    I would like to make a suggestion: maybe make a link to a description or the readme of the apps? Because the current description field doesn't really show anything other than the title itself (for most apps). If that would be implemented, it would be much more easier (for me :D) to use!

    For clarification (because I'm confused): if you sign the nda, you can also develop for your own ho ebrew as long as the sdk and knowledge from the sdk wasn't used?

    I updated the original post to include a suggestion by Umbyy on reddit. Also, I get what you mean by how it doesn't explain how to exactly make your own homebrew, but the thread is titled this way because 1) I don't think repeating the other C/C++ tutorials are helpful, and 2) It's a pun :).

    (different topic) I have an interesting concept: Is it possible to load a custom NAND that is, unlike the stock 3DS, loads something like the Wii? This way, emulators won't be needed (and they're slow anyways too!).
