Hacking PSA: Nintendo blocked the Sky3DS (partially) through new anti-piracy checks in their upcoming games
The sky3ds card doesn't contain an interface for users to update the firmware of flashcard(Gateway has the method.) That's why maybe sky3ds need a new card(in the future, maybe) to bypass the new anti-piracy check. by the way, i think, using or not using piracy, is everyone's self affair. Ever...- Felixraku

Hacking N3DS XL Firmware by version number
I bought it today and the version is 9.6 I'm in German and I'm sure that all the 3DS(and XL) consoles on the shelves in the MediaMarkt or Gamestop in my city are above 9.4. It's very hard to find a new console with 9.2 now. and it's also not very easy to buy a second hand New 3DS/XL <= 9.2. Coz...- Felixraku

I'm also curious about that. Coz the Non-XL pack with MH4U is only sold in Europe. But I think the system version is 9.2. If you are not content with that, you can return it back to the shop, I think.- Felixraku
