    It should help, I just ran it and it's copying the pkg on the usb however I could not choose what to copy and I don't have enough space for everything, it's a 32GB drive. I suppose that will fail on the second pkg since the first is 22GB?

    Yes, everything is fine. On 4.00 the USB stick could be used only to update the console (but i forgot to create the PS4 folder on the root) and was not showing in the settings/devices while on 5.05 both the USB stick and the USB-HDD are recognized and listed by the PS4.
