    Hacking Rxtool to reinand

you can use Freemultipatcher or NTR CFW to patch but most CIAs nowdays are converted with "Simple 3DS to CIA Converter",it adds region free to the CIA You have the option of converting 3ds roms by yourself too,the simple cia converter only requires exefs and exheader xorpad to be used

yes, some games doesn't work when the region isn't the same,it can be solved by spoofing the region But if you are sure that the Region is the same, then it's a problem with the .cia

Hacking [Release]NTR CFW 3.2 with experimental Real-Time Save feature.

in a simple way: You have to download NTR CFW files and the Language Emulation Plugin (in the first spoiler) then, create a "plugin" folder in your sd card root, and then in that folder create a "000400000012DE00" folder and put the "langemu_jp.plg" in that folder Install BootNTR and run it

i used to go out to the recycling center every couple weeks and look at the crts and other electronics people would drop off. Usually screens were broken or severely scratched from being tossed around. Did find a good one here and there, but never anything like a 1080i widescreen crt.

Is it piracy if it was released for free? Not in my opinion, but I also think it's not piracy if buying it isn't owning it, and it's not piracy if you can't buy it from the original creators anymore.
