I'm an extreme layman when it comes to flashcarts, especially DS ones. So I've come here for some advice from the community.
Recently I've dug out my old Pokemon games and started them anew. There's only one problem, events.
As most of you already know, Pokemon events tend to be distributed for "limited times". But many of said events (mainly gen. 4-5) were distributed through the use of specialized ROM cartridges provided through Nintendo to various retailers. Unfortunately most of these carts were either returned to Nintendo to most likely be destroyed or are now being sold individually to collectors for exorbitant prices.
Now as I return to play again, I want to experience the games to their fullest. Events in all!

I'm wondering what would be the best brand of flashcart for downloading Pokemon event distribution ROMs?
Or put as a more general question, what is the best Nintendo DS/DSi specific (non 3DS) flashcart?
Also, where's the most reliable place to purchase one?
