If the day comes and homebrew/CFW looks enticing enough, I'll buy a second Switch. For now, I'm going to keep updating mine because there's a lot of games I'm looking forward to like Odyssey and Xenoblade, and I need to stay up to date to play Splatoon 2 (which I love!). Homebrew doesn't interest me that much. The only interesting thing would be running emulators. The Switch would be a really good emulator machine imo. Otherwise, I'm just here for the games, and I don't do (much) piracy so that's not a draw for me either.
Also, the Switch is likely going to have some nice new online capabilities sometime next year, and I don't want to miss out on that. I highly doubt hacked Switches will be able to connect online (not easily and with risk of bans, at least), and since online is a draw for me (i.e. online Pokemon battles when Pokemon on Switch comes out), I'm not going to risk things anyway. Again, I'll buy a new console if it's enticing enough.
