Is the firmware update a "legit" for the card? You should download it only from the manufacturers website, so to avoid issues.
But even so, considering the type of product it is and that most of them are manufactured with a little to non QA... issues are a basis.

i tried but i am not sure if i installed it correctly (because i couldnt find the real file the ysmenu0903270000 file) but when i accessed the menu it was in Spanish and when i chose a game it gave me errors

If you find these 2 problems,your card is the fake copy card, please contact with your supplier.
1: when you put R4itt card in your consoles, you just stay in " Loading.....",can't work anymore.
2: When you play games,just stay in " Loading...." , can't play anyone game.>
